Warm hospitality and first class accommodation. Greenacres is a wonderful place to stay - Margaret and Ronnie made us feel so welcome. All the food was superb, the best home cooking you could possibly have, and a peaceful night's sleep was had by all. A warm welcome awaits you. Margaret and Ronnie afforded us all the privacy and facilities we... More

We have just spent 4 days at Greenacres and everything has been excellent. The breakfast each morning has been great. My wife is gluten intolerant and Margaret had made fresh gluten free bread and shortbread. The fresh eggs were beautiful, the yolks were a real orange colour. We both cant wait to return. Many thanks for an excellent stay..

On arrival we had a most delicious evening meal, and Margaret treated us as if we were old friends on a visit! Before we went to bed in a quite large room with good beds we went for a walk to... Aaaah, the food ... words fail me but very, very good comes the closest. As a foreigner if your desire is to get to know the 'natives' so to speak, then visiting Greenacres is where... More

We had a most enjoyable stay at Greenacres this year, 2012. Every thing about our stay was generous and welcoming. But it was made exceptional by all the home cooking especially the evening meals. We look forward if possible to go again.

Enjoyed our recent revisit to Greenacres for an extended stay and found everything just as good as in 2011. Margaret and Ronnie are a caring and generous couple who do everything they can to ensure visitors are well catered for with every consideration being given. Hope that in 2013 we can make it 3 yrs in a row.
