This hotel is No longer open. Hotel has closed. Hope it is bought soon and reopens. Will need a bit of money spent going it up. ........ a good restaurant has opened next door! Would be a great location for anyone visiting bath.

Very good location for visiting the town of Bradford-On-Avon, close to all the shops and amenities. Rooms "Ok" - clean but a little dated, great veiw from our top floor bedroom over-looking the river. Garden area upstairs at the rear would be lovely in the summer, but not lit up for use for us to enjoy in November.

Pretty poor if I'm honest. Reception a classic motel style affair, staff more commensurate with a £30ppp place, and the rooms of a similar standard - lino coming up, bath and shower pretty grubby, rooms and beds clean but low quality etc. Woken up by a foreign lady knocking on my door at 0730, no idea what she was saying.

Really dodgy staff with ripped t-shirt, covered in paint, no interest in us whatsoever. Room tiny, like a prison cell, dirty, no shower and we paid 90 quid for it - a joke, an actual joke.
