Just spent 2 nights at Pioneer House, B&B and found it to be an excellent stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone. We found Dave and Janet to be very friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Full English breakfast - excellent.

We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter and had a great stay. Janet and Dave were most welcoming and cannot do enough for you. We stay at Pioneer House in December as part of our UK holiday and were very impressed by the hospitality and welcome. We also like closeness to rail and buses and sometime owners give us lift in they car which was very nice. Thank you to both and will certainly come back to Derbyshire.
