We stayed here with our 2 children in a family room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff are what makes the hotel. The pool and leisure facilities are fantastic and the breakfast is perfection. We took a house for 3 weeks and it has been a home from home. The house is very comfortable and well appointed and anything extra that we asked for was provided straight away. We had a great time the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super enjoyable and had a great selection. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, accommodation very clean and fresh. Had been looking forward to a reflexology session - unfortunately was advised that none of the therapists had a relevant qualification, even though it was listed on the brochure.
