Excellent location for a group weekend away. Houses were clean and well kept. Owner Ann was the highlight of the trip, a lovely woman and great fun. She gave great advice on good places to eat, socialise etc. Only a short walk from the town centre, down a steep hill. Lovely view over the town of kinsale.

Stayed for a weekend in March 2013, a group of us booked 8 houses. A great holiay village, it is in an ideal location - only a few minutes walk from the town centre. The houses were clean and well equipped, with good facilities. Ann, the manager was friendly and welcoming and looked after us well for the weekend. Very... More

Kinsale holiday village is perfect for a little break in Kinsale. The only thing i would say is that the tv system needs a upgrade only rte 1&2 worked and the rest were unwatchable, due to fact saorview is now in effect the tv should be better. Also maybe two gates so kids could play freely without wondering out to carpark.... Stayed here two years in a row for a weekend with another couple. The place is just what you need - and its a nice stroll into town, not too far away. The houses are exactly as advertised, and all that we needed - they are clean and functional. The manager is the best asset of the place, from speaking... More

Lot of small restaurant with local produce, they also have gluten free product available. Wifi is available almost everywhere in town. Many walking tours leaving from the tourist office are available on a daily bases

Just back from this location where we spent a week with family. Was EUR650 for the week. Additiional electricity cost was very little compared with what I have paid in other locations in Ireland. Lidl supermarket very handy, as are the opening hours. The houses are very clean, but to be honest I think they are in need of a... More

House is as advertised - 16 identical townhouses with generous-sized sitting room with open fire, kitchen/dining room, double bedroom ensuite, spacious twin room, spacious single room, bathroom. Nice view out the back of the hills behind the magnificent town of Kinsale. Mary makes you feel like a member of her own family visiting her-she's also extremely efficient & professional! Good... The houses are spacious, clean and comfortable. Anne the manageress is the best thing to come out of Ireland since Guinness. Can't wait to go back to the KHV next year. (oh and maybe the town as well)

My family and i just got back from two weeks staying in the Holiday Village, which was our second trip there in three years. Given the price of the accomodation, I believe that this was excellent value and is very close to town, yes there is a hill you have to walk up to return from the town, but it... More
