My fiancé and I stayed two nights here and we had a wonderful time. Very close to all the small shops and more importantly pubs. Great small town atmosphere with a great breakfast and an even better view.

Recommendable B&B if you plan to stay in Killorglin ! Lying just on te edge of town, it's quite comfortable and clean, with a nice view on the nearby river. Felt immediately welcome. Must say we enjoyed breakfast in particular, especially the home-made bread.
My 78 mother and I have just returned from a two night stay, we were in Killorglin for a family event. The hosts, Geraldine and Francis opened up their home and their hearts for us, it felt like we were staying with friends. who is a charming. Our twin room was lovely, bright and spotless, the breakfast was superb, with...

I visited Killorglin on impulse. Driving by on the other side of the river it seemed a such pleasant town that I did a U-turn and visited and soon decided to stay there rather than pressing on to Killarney. Looking for a place to stay i noticed that the Riverside house was pleasantly situated so went in to have a...

Terrific location and views directly on the river and easy walking distance to town center. Wonderful hosts, great breakfast overlooking the river and grounds. We were given a great recommendation for dinner and lots of good advice about touring the Ring of Kerry.
This was our first trip to Ireland and Geraldine & Francis Mangan made us very welcome, they have a beautiful home on the riverside, we stayed two nights and could have stayed here longer as it was very central to areas we had planned to visit. We looked forward to coming home each night to a warm and friendly home....

I slept the sleep and to me that makes for one very good B&B. What makes for a good night’s sleep? The ambiance of the home and this is how it felt in Geraldine’s home. Our beds were very comfortable, lovely clean sheets and soft towels. The room was very tastefully decorated, all fittings in new and excellent condition.

We had enjoyably stayed at Riverside House many years ago (1990s), and were happy to find that the standards of excellence had only improved. The location and scenery are great, the breakfasts were uniformly good (and staying seven days, we tried them all, with equal satisfaction), and it is obvious that a great deal of thought and care have gone...

Our trip to Ireland was made very special by our stay with Geraldine and Francis Mangan. We, two couples, planned to stay for only one night but ended up staying four nights. Their bed and breakfast home is located on the river and the views from our rooms were beautiful. Walks along the river were even better! However, what made...
