If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, look no further. Donour Lodge in County Clare is the perfect place to blow away the cobwebs. I was looking for a B&B just down the road in Fanore and the couple at Rockyview B&B recommended I stay with Mary and Chris as they were fully booked.... More

Excellent price/quality, wonderful accommodation: superb bed, extremely clean place, comfortable living room, adorable breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea. But most of all: Mary is a wonderful hostess, who understands well and quickly the needs and desires of her guests. Highly, highly, highly recommendable !! Hans, Belgium More

I can only recommend Donour Lodge. Mary is wonderful and cooks a great breakfast. In the afternoon she puts out bisquits, so you can have a few with your tea/coffee. We spend two nights at Mary's and if we're visiting the area again we are for sure going to stay at Donour Lodge. More
