The welcome from the staff was fine, even at a late hour. They were also helpful and friendly at breakfast. But the guest house itself is in dire need of investment. There was damp on the walls of the rooms, which were in need of redecorating.
Breakfast was reasonable but uninspiring (why not use quality sausages instead of 'catering' ones...
