I booked this Campanile because I wanted a place with good parking near the autoroute to drive next day to the prehistoric cave at Niaux. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Easy to find, with lots of free parking, a friendly staff and a good restaurant, it had everything I needed. My room was clean and quiet.

If you arrive in Foix by train there is a mini bus service which runs every 30 minutes (85 cents) to take you up towards the hotel. The really nice drivers drop you off outside, otherwise the official stop is some 200 metres away. The rooms are all that you would expect in this hotel chain, clean, practical and functional.... Very friendly welcome. Service at dinner was similarly cheerful and attentive. Old style Campanile, set back from the main road, without road noise. Very compact rooms, though all the basics are there. Very clean. Bathroom door would not close but good value overall. The lack of space would not persuade us to stay again, other than for a one night... More

Late flight from Toulouse and needed a stopover on the way to the slopes. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good value for Money. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very polite and helpful.

This is a good, clean and simple hotel a couple of kilometers north of Foix. We didn't take dinner or breakfast. The room was good value, but the lake next door has seen better days.

Tried a Campanile for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were pretty good and beds very comfortable. The downside was the service in the restaurant - cannot fault the food though. But it got expensive. The 8.50 breakfast was nowhere near good enough for the price

one-night stay which was extremely comfortable in good rooms. Despite some language problems, excellent service and outstanding food. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We stayed here twice, once just before Xmas and once after, on our way between Girona Airport and St Girons. Booking in was friendly and efficient, the room was spotlessly clean and the facilities (at the price) very adequate. The only grump (and it's a very minor one) is that the fan on the airconditioning unit was a little noisy.... More
