We prefer the location, in the centre of Røros, but rooms, service, utilities and friendliness can´t compare to the Røros Hotel. But prices and availibility can. The breakfast is above average and included.

Nice hotel in terms of general accommodation. Nice lobby with nice seats and nice restaurant. Room bit old fashioned but okay. Breakfast included (stayed at points). Quality of breakfast is good. Location of hotel is great. Close to train station and in the city center.

When entering this hotel, you feel at home. The lobby lounge has seven large sofa groups and a fireplace. The breakfast bufet was typical Norwegian and tasteful. But our room let us a bit down, as it was spartan (no pictures on the wall).

Called into this hotel for a midday meal while out on a day trip from Trondhiem, the weather was storm conditions, snow falling heavy. But as we entered the fire was burning and a very warm welcome was given.we enjoyed a 2 course meal, good value for money.warmed us up again, ready for more exploring in the area

Spent one night at the hotel during our trip in Norway and Sweden this summer. The hotel was a bit expensive. Great locations, just at the center of the lovely town with the nice old houses. Some strange smell in the corridors. Breakfast was very good and staff helpfull.

Hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station and the historic part ow town. At check-in we were given a room key with the old, heavy key-tags which had the room number engraved.
