Upon checking in we were asked if we wanted help with our bags as the lift wasn't working. For the next three days it was broken and later discovered it had been out of action for over three months! Rooms well furnished and bed very comfortable. Bathrooms well stocked clean and bright. Proper coat hangers, always a relief. Only niggle was the additional charge for porridge which is poor practice. Room service prompt but basic. Staff a delight to deal with. Would definitely use again. More
