It's OK, but it a place lacking atmosphere, or charm - unless you like the over 30's disco on a sunday that keeps you awake from 10.30 - midnight. The Internet access is patchy. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel,check in straight forward and informative about functions at the hotel.Asked for a quiet room which we got.Functions on Saturday and Sunday in hotel.but ended at midnight.Food was excellent.Everything as we expected.Staff very good.Location excellent for Derby and Nottingham.All nice and clean.Would definately stay again!

Booked two rooms in the hotel which is just off junction 28 of the M1. Both were spotlessly clean and warm and for the quality at bargain prices. If you are used to Travelodges or Premier Inns then you will gasp at the value to be found here!
