We stayed in this hotel as an overnight stop off on the way back from holiday. It's seemed to be geared towards the business customer and this is reflected in the way the hotel is presented and is more of a budget Hilton. We had an over night stay to help break up our journey back to Norfolk , The Receptionist was excellent and vey helpful. The Room and the evening meal was very good , overall very good value for money .

Whilst away with business I had difficulty in obtaining a room r a second night. Thanks to the teh management of the Hotel I was able to do so and enjoyed a friendly and comfortable night sp that iw as fresh for the next day. The food was good nand the staff very friendly.

I arranged a family wedding celebration in the Hilton, it was so well planned by the hotel. Can't be thankful enough for the friendly and so very helpful staff. Alison Dawson at Braknell Hilton gave us the best service possible. The day was perfect.

The Lobby/Reception service is good as one would expect from the Hilton Group. For our lunch, on arrival, we ordered baguettes from the bar area. Unfortunately, when they eventually arrived they were not baguettes but sandwiches. The Hotel bedrooms and, in particular, the bathrooms are in need of refurbishment. Too many broken/loose tiles in the bathroom.

It is a fair hotel, if you are on a businesstrip. It urgently requires lots of refurbishment. Service is good, people are friendly and helpfull.
