Brilliant value, will be back again for sure! Checked in early for no extra cost which was great for us leaving on the 1st day to go to thorpe park! VERY helpful staff, willing to do anything even if it ment etra work for them

“Poorly trained staff (again).”

Sadly this hotel does not live up to the Hilton brand. It appears to be an old Forte Posthouse hotel that is still in need of some refurbishment in the rooms. It's been a year since my last stay at this hotel. Last year the shower curtain smelled so bad that you didn't want to enter the bathroom. This year, it still smelled, but it was tolerable. Despite a good and polite team, this Hotel would need some investment to be better refurbished. Also, it is impossible to correctly relax when you can hear the noise of the very close motorway even within the room that are supposed to be noise proof.
