I had dinner in the restaurant yesterday evening. I found a very comfortable environment and the dishes were very tasty. I want to thank Stefano for the introductions he did (in italian) to each dish, explaining us how they prepared them and why. His suggestions were also much appreciated.

Slept just one night with my colleague on business trip. Came late at 10pm and were surprised by willing stuff, parked in garage, got table at garden and enjoyed very great dinner with grilled meat and local wines. If you go to Assisi stay here. Le Mura is only a 20 minute drive away on hgwy 45 --- Cozy warm & clean in the walled city of Foligno --- Great Umbrian meal in front of a warm fire. At any price you won't do better. A true bargain
