Location in the center! For Feria de Jerez, airport or business - taxi stand in front of hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff - no doubt about this! Also the cleaning of the bathroom and the room in general - very good. What can the cleaning lady do if the carpet is worn out? Never had breakfast because of time... More

As said before rooms are very overdue an upgrade or at least lick of paint, very dirty stained carpets, paint chipped off the furniture etc, TV only had 1 channel, staff not very friendly at all, no wifi anywhere in hotel, 1 computer in the lobby which was older than the dinosaurs, no air con in the room I had.....I... We booked two rooms for four nights during Jerez Ferria after reviewing their website. The price was very expensive because of peak time. On arrival we soon realized that the website was not indicative of hotel. Both rooms were very dirty. One room had carpet which was badly stained and smelled. All the bedspreads were stained, the walls and curtains... More

When we arrived the room was extremely hot and it took forever for the arico bring it to a bearable temperature. Our bedroom was big everything was very clean. The beds were good, hotel is very well located. It’s just ok for a short stay, nothing special. More

This hotel is small but very well located, around 300 metres from the main tourist square in the town and about 1Km from the Cathedral and Alcazar. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area, including a supermarket where you can stock up with food and booze if you are on a budget. Needless to say, Spanish... More

The Hotel Tierras is well situated a few minutes walk from shops, bars/restaurants and sights of Jerez e.g Cathedral, Castle etc. The hotel operates a bed and breakfast basis consisting of continental style with fresh juices, cheeses/pates bread cakes etc with a waiter on hand to serve you tea/coffee etc. You can buy snacks and drinks at other times but... This hotel is ideally situated central to Jerez. They have private parking at a charge but we took a risk and parked easily in a nearby street, although this was obviously a quiet time of year and could be a problem in the summer. Staff helpful and welcoming, and the room was of a good size for ourselves and our... More

A comfortable, well positioned hotel in Jerez. Only a short distance to both train and bus stations. Easy access on foot to everywhere in town. Restaurants (as advised by hotel staff) and shops close to hotel. Hotel staff very helpful, polite and willing to book various attractions and visits. A very enjoyable stay. More
