“Fair place to stay”

We stayed at Doniastate in january 2012 for a weekend at the lowest season on the island of Vlieland. The room was tidy and the breakfast fair. People are friendly (when around). The hotel lacks any other facilities if you don't count the coffee machine and magazines in the hall. The hotel could best be descibed as a bed and... More

Expensive for what it is... I've stayed in the Sofitel in Paris for the same price, and received much better service all round. There are no facilities like a bar, or pool, or sauna or anything like that. We stayed 2 nights, and our room was not cleaned, the beds were not made, neither were the bathroom towels changed.
