The "hotel staff" were pretty much useless. We asked about things to do in the area and they said "they didn't know". Very helpful... not! They are travel agents, obviously their priority lays not in the hotel but the booking of expensive trips. Our room was nice. I don't think our sheets were clean. They looked clean but they had...
