The hotel is situated in the center off the old city and in walking distance from the cities main attractions. Landshut is a very nice city in a real old fashion Bavarian style. I would recommend it. You have a excellent Italian restaurant not far and also a nice kaffeehaus with kaffee und kuchen

Just returned from 3 night stay in Golden Sun. Nice large airy hotel in central landshut. Lovely old beams etc and lots of character. Room was pleasant but not as large as expected for a "junior sweet". Staff very matter of fact and not over friendly. Very efficient check in and check out, Good choice at breakfast

Stayed there for 3 nights with my partner. The hotel is in the inner-city of Landshut, all important sights are in walking distance. We had a suite with a wonderful view to the castle Trausnitz. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant ist amazing good, typical Bavarian food with a cozy atmosphere.

Nice traditional hotel in a central location. Short walk to Isar riverside where you find loads of bars, restaurants and entertainment. This familyowned hotel is a good place to be if you visit Landshut. Non of your needs seems to be impossible for the staff to take care of, they were very attentive.
