The hotel is really old and neglected.they did try to renovate but it did not work.the rooms are clean and decent,nothing more than that. The corridors,elevators , balconies, windows and public areas are worn out and old fashioned(60s).they charge a ridiculously high price,just for the view.would not recommend this hotel. More

overall you get what you pay. The receptionist, the short black headed girl is doing the wrong job for sure. She is rude and she thinks she makes you a favor when she talks. If there is no snow or you dont like ski arachova in general is to be avoided. More
