It is some years since I stayed here but it is as good as it was in the past. Apart from being in a very convenient place for access to many Canberra attractions I have always found the staff pleasant. helpful and efficient.

Stayed one night. Hotel was easy to find and friendly reception staff. Thought the corridor to the room on level 6 looked a bit worse for ware - was worried about the state of the room. The room was great. Large, clean and modern. Room booking came with breakfast included. The breakfast was great. Would stay again for sure.

Room was too small for 2 adults and 2 children but very clean. Service was fantastic and loved the safety features with the lift. Will stay again if we could get a larger room. It was close to everything and I think parking should be for free when staying at the hotel

ANother trip to canberra and this hotel was as reliably good as always. Staff go out of their way to help and it has become so standard that I am beginning to take it for granted. Even when I left something behind it was found, and sent to me well packaged and promptly.

Worst Accor hotel I have ever stayed in. Room isn't sound proof and noise from the nearby nightclubs keep everyone awake until 5am. Hotel staffs couldn't care less when asked if they can help. Avoid staying in this hotel at all costs.

Excellent service. Request for atternative room was quickly dealt with. Good breakfast buffet ( due to the excellent reception & service) Nice warm pool for the kids. Beds could have been more comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you, Canbera Novotel Staff.

The location is perfect for us to walk to the centre. We used parking service, swimming pool and later check out service. We are satisfied all the services, but parking service might not be suitable to us for travelling with baby.
