I stayed is a two bedroom ground floor unit. It was very spacious, clean and tidy. Very quiet location, big kitchen. Downsides are: need better instructions to operate the Apple TV, the shower is over a corner spa which was quite high to step into ( I am only 5 foot 2).

Rooms cleaner than most. Spacious kitchen and dining room. Tv reception a bit hit and miss. Furniture too big for the living room. Dining/ study chairs very uncomfortable. Although a spacious apartment with comfortable beds, we had sleepless nights because of the creaky floorboards and noisy plumbing with the shower and toilet. My friends and I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was lovely with a laundry as well. Clean enough. Older style apartments. Good value for Kingston. Plenty of parking on site. Very loud plumbing. Toilet did not flush. Very creaky floorboards.
