Found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Was a very comfortable stay with the room clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located to city centre. Had dinner in the restaurant which had nice food and good service. Breakfast in the cafe was very nice and plenty to eat. Would stay they again. More

Great rooms, but need a referbishment. Feel like you are stuck in the 80's. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Didn't try the restaurant. More

From check in to check out, my friend and I had smooth and frankly wonderful stay. The inside atrium is beautiful, and I strongly suggest a meal at the restaurant with a table among the garden. The food, whether room service, breakfast at the cafe or the restaurant was delicious and very high quality. With only one exception, all of... More

This was a fantastic stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very polite and useful. In-room breakfast was a generous size and delivered on time. Very quiet rooms with fantastic light blocking curtains. Will certainly make the Pavilion my hotel of choice when in the capital. More

The thing which saves this hotel is the excellent and obliging staff. The service ethos here seems to be “No problem” – amen to that! The building itself was opened in 1980 and is showing its age a wee bit; a cracked and sticking cistern, a step over the bath into the shower, limited vanity-unit space (although we could store... A nice easy going stay for one night. The bar area is nice although closes early at 10pm which was no good if you wanted a few drinks after dinner. The meal was nice a service was ok, not high end but good. Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, bathroom is an interesting set up but works fine. If you... More

We booked a Deluxe Room at the Pavilion and entered a dismal room painted battleship grey and equipped with basic grey metal furnishings that were chipped and badly in need of refurbishing. There were no comfortable padded chairs for relaxing; only two very basic chairs at the desk. The television reception was so appalling that I feel obliged to prove... More

I stayed for 6 nights on business. The check in process is easy and the staff are all very polite, informative and welcoming. The rooms are ok, well equipped...yes but ever so dull!. The walls are a dark grey colour, brown carpet and brown furniture...you get the picture! The shower was great, good power shower! The restaurant is ok but... More
