Not a five star by any stretch of the imagination. No fresh flowers, no decent lobby bar, basically no style. Restaurant is good though with a limited menu. Really not clean enough. More

Conference rooms are cold, uninviting, uncomfortable and distracting with outside noise. Front desk staff couldn't give correct directions to conf room's location. Tables & chairs seemed second-hand and hardly worth using. Our meeting was one to forget! The hotel gave us a discount for poor service, but we would have paid for good service. More
