Staff were superb, helpful, friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very clean but could definately do with some sprucing up. My shower dripped all night, the shower door keep coming off it's sliding hinges, the TV would not tune in no matter what I tried, and locking and unlocking the door needed a degree.
