we stayed in an apartment for 1 week was great, friendly staff.loved the spa was in it every night. the gym needs a bit of updating but other than that it was excellent.

On arrival it was noted that the whole place is spotless and the golf course was extreemly well maintained, the staff are very pleasant,the pools are clean and only a 2 min walk to the beach for an enjoyable walk

I must say in general the customer service was spot on. There was one blemish however, when a $50 fee was charged to our credit card we were not told why. I asked if it was a holding fee or safety deposit and staff ignored my query as if I had never asked the question and dismissed us to return...

Restaurant and bar great....food amazing....facilities great....rooms need some attention due to looking a bit rundown....shower definately needed better cleaning as it had mould in the tiles...overall good, but not great....bit quite if you want a family exciting getaway...better for adults..

This "resort" is average. The staff are very friendly and helpful but the rooms are dated and showing their age. The section I stayed in "Tower 2" was clearly built before air conditioning was a standard feature in hotels. There was a massive a/c compressor sitting on the balcony next to the table and chairs and the internal a/c unit...
