Nothing to write home about, our villa was clean and tidy. They just need an upgrade or freshen up, especially the bathroom. Owner very informative and knowledgeable on check in which was much appreciated. A little way out from the main shopping area but the weather was good for a walk to breakfast and dinner spots.

We have just returned from an awesome stay at Dolphin Sands. The villas were spotless, airy and spacious, the location was close to everything, amenities were fantastic and the owners were warm and welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Much more enjoyable than staying in a crowded tourist park!! Can't wait to come back.

Clean, spacious, well appointed cabins. Comfortable bed, great shower, very comfy sofa and good selection of TV channels! The four slic toaster was typical of the care taken in outfitting this family accommodation. We booked "on the fly" but were kept in contact with management as we drove towards Coff's Harbour.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay at Dolphin Sands. Easy check in process with lovely people. Cheap and affordable. Perfect location close to the beach and also the main shopping centre. Would stay again in future. Will not hesitate to recommend to everyone.

We stayed one night at the Dolphin sands but the managers where very friendly they asked us to ring them an hour before we arrived so that they could get our villa ready. The villas were very nice and clean and everything seem to work as well i would stay there again.

This was one of the better cabins we have stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). Lots of room and great lounge area with real lounge suite. Cleanliness of the disability cabin was appalling and the ramp was not DDA compliant, including nails poking out. The proprietors were also very unhelpful and lacked any customer service skills. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
