I needed towels,ice and directions for my stay and I got none The car park is not clearly marked making it hard for guests who dont drive In sydney. The service was poor regarding checkin waited for ages, and was just handed the keys with no directions or enjoy your stay comments!

This hotel is typical Ibis... Smallish rooms, nothing spectacular with little to complain about. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a reasonably good buffet that set me up nicely for the day. Very lovely and super helpful staff is the first thing I'll say. Fairly small double room for the price we paid for a Tuesday night ($129 + $40 to park in their designated car park overnight) had everything we needed in the room though the view was of an office block..would book again if it were not for the expensive...
