Location is Fantastic!! The room (Deluxe Balcony) was excellent, spacious and clean although a little noisey in the morning with the Hotels construction work. Room service left alot to be desired but overall a great place to stay and would definately stay again. More

Overall we were very happy with our stay at this recently renovated hotel. It suited our family needs being able to get a one bedroom deluxe room. I just had to go back to Surrey Hills after a brief work visit a few years ago. Stayed here in feb 2012, on check in got talking to the staff at the desk, really friendly and offered really great advice/maps, helped us really settle into our stay.
