I believe this building is shared with full time residents, it seems like they have their own floors and entrance/elevator (it can be confusing where to enter when you first arrive). As you would expect from Medina, the rooms and facilities are top notch and the service provided was excellent. A very central location in the CBD. The only negatives were the bottle bank outside early in the morning and very noisy on the balcony outside on the balcony. But it's not like they advertise a view, so your choice. More
