Centrally located with very professional staff who were extremely helpful. Close to China Town awith easy access to Central Station and Darling Harbour and a bus service at the door. More

OK location (not great), rooms were clean, and the staff were polite, but overall I was bit disappointed to be honest. The room (especially the bathroom) looked like it was from the 80's, the shower took so long to heat up that I started to wonder if it was broken, and the reception on the TV was terrible.
