Exceptional in all categories and the view was fabulous. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 22nd floor and the view was breathtaking. We could fault nothing. By the way the breakfasts were definitely great value with everything anyone could want to choose from. Did I mention the views - fabulous!

Our stay was flawless, the service was great, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the accommodation was lovely the breakfast was delicious. We would reccommend staying at Quay West at the Rocks and we would love to stay longer next time

Great place to stay, excellent food and friendly helpful staff. Our only negative was the bad food, room service food never normally perfect however the food we had was terrible and extremely expensive considering the quality

Rooms are spacious and have a gorgeous view. Superb location, a short 10min stroll to CBD and only 5mins to Circular Quays. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. fab views of Harbour, opera house,amazing few days But god hilly went round harbor on ferry really worth doing beautiful walk along the pier lovely little bistro's plenty of entertainment continental market hand made goods so much to see

Great harbour view rooms, great location and service. Clean well appointed spacious apartment style rooms which are self contained and still enjoying the benefits of a hotel. Food in the restaurant was delicious.

This hotel is a great discovery in Sydney. Nice quiet location tucked down in the Rocks area but handy to everything. Rooms were great with lots of living area making it very different from a normal hotel room. The staff were really helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble..
