Clean rooms and great location. Very short walk to nearby train stations and botanical gardens. This hotel has a reasonable standard of cleanliness and I liked the room I used. The staff were excellent, they were friendly and helpful. I really liked the location as it was close to a train station. Will stay here again.

This is not a five star hotel, I would say its about 3.5 stars. Location wise its very central and 2 blocks walking distance to Museum Train Station and about 6 blocks from Central Station. The hotel provided good value for price given its location. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. I had a business meeting nearby the next day which was convenient. No frills, but not as basic as the Travelodge chain in the UK
