Absolutely terrible customer service. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. No idea about customer service. The man at reception the first night quite bluntly and rudely directed us to park in the carpark across the road which resulted in a $90 parking fee for less than 2 days! Very unhappy. More

Booked a city view apartment for 5 person. Nice city view from the hotel room. Very spacious and really good value for money compare to other service apartments around the area. Only thing that could be improved - Some of the items like the kitchen smoke suction and mop are faulty. Other than that, its great! Recommended for a family... More
