Very old. But well maintained. Good sized room. Fantastic view. No bed for 3rd occupant even though paid for. Had to make do with cushions from sofa. Swimming pool was occupied by some loutish, drunken sorts kicking soccer balls and smoking like chimneys even though there were signs prohibiting smoking. More

I have recently had two stays in these apartments. They are 3star accommodation for which they charge 4.5-5star rates. Rooms very dreary, lighting at night for reading/working very poor. Reception staff disinterested. Old ceiling fans and air cons very noisy. Look around there are other choices in Darwin. You can do better More
