The owner is absolutely disgusting. Not Friendly at all!!! She basically said we had no booking and that she cannot understand why people book online when they should just pick up a phone these days. The friendly hosts made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and the whole place was very quiet all night. No traffic noise at all. I am a sales rep and have stayed at the Waterford Motor Inn on numerous occasions, both on my own, and with colleagues. I have found Mike, Daphne and Kashina to be very friendly,caring,and helpful.
