we stayed recently at ashbourne house and cant recommend it highly enough. The place was immaculate , the hospitality amazing. Cathy was unbelievable helping with anything that we needed. The house was like a home away from home even better! We would definitely stay there again . The place was so well equipped all the creature comforts!!

We have just returned from our holiday and stayed at Ashbourne House for 4 days while we visited family. The house was fantastic, plenty of room for all of us. We have 2 kids aged 2 and 4.5 so we used the sunroom as their play room and it was fantastic. Loved being able to cook with everything in the... More

When our landlord would not give us a short term lease while we waited for our house build to finish, we desperately looked for somewhere to stay. Short term leases are very hard to get so discovering Ashbourne House was a god-send. Kathy and Tony have been very friendly and flexible and we are now coming to the end of... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Kathy, our host was terrific - the breakfast pack was more than generous. The house is in a leafy and quiet location. Robyn C

We stayed at Ashbourne house for a month on a corporate let arranged by my husbands company. Sadly it was not a happy experience for us and we cut our stay short and found alternative accomodation. We found Ashbourne house dark and stuffy. There are no insect nets on the windows which means you have to have the windows closed... More

My family and I stayed at Ashbourne House for 2 weeks (Dec 2011). It was home away from home, in that, the beds were cosy, a fully equipped kitchen where many meals were prepared and laundry facilities which comes in handy with a toddler. Our host Kathy made us feel very welcomed and I enjoyed our "morning chats". We will... More

From the fresh cut flowers to the chocolates and Kathy's beautiful bircher muesli at breakfast, you will feel spoilt and relaxed at Ashbourne House. Utterly devine bedding, a fully functional kitchen and peaceful verandah to relax on and indulge in afternoon teas and Kathys wonderful breakfast. A great combination of selfcatering/catered accomodation.

I stayed at Ashbourne House with my family in August 2011 and received a very warm treatment from our host Kathy. After our long flight from Germany, we could finally relax in this beautifully furbished B&B and enjoyed the rich home-made breakfast every morning. If we come back to Brisbane, we will definitely stay here again.
