Stayed for one night midweek travelling from Newcastle for work and the room was very comfy and seemed modern enough. The man on reception was extremely friendly and helped with all enquiries. Good location to the Portside Wharf for dinner. Will request to return. More

Better off spending the extra money spent on Cab fairs and staying at the Brisbane Airport Novatel. this comment is due to; I arrived late and reception is closed after 9pm. There is no room service and hence no food, I was starving. Breakfast menus had to be deposited at reception by 9pm so I also missed out on Breakfast.... More

Good value for money, clean and a reasonable size. About $25 for taxi ride from Airport. There is a shuttle bus but only from Motel to Airport. Have stayed at other transit motel that are not chains and we were very impressed with it More

Do not stay here if you are from Interstate or Overseas. Stayed here as it is close to both Airport. and City. I usually stay at the Kingsford Smith Motel several times a year between international flights. They refused to discuss achange of booking when my mother was admitted suddenly to hospital and I had to change travel arrangements; I will not be staying with them again and am upset at their treatment of a frequent and long-term client.
