We stayed in a two bedroom Apartment with our two Adult Children in early April 2012 and found the apartments to be well equipped, comfortable and excellent location. The Manager at reception could not do enough for us and made us feel extremely welcome from the time of check, to storing our bags and check out. They are security apartments... More

The photos on their website are probably taken 10 years+ ago when the condition of the apartment is still looks okay. My company has arranged to put me in this apartment for 3 months, and I am looking to change apartment as of now. Cons: - My current 1 bedroom apartment has a mouldy smell to it (I believe it... I stayed here for 2 night in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We payed for 3 nights cos we were getting there early and just wanted to be able to walk in rather then wait around if the room wasnt ready. So we got there later then we were meant to (meant to get there after hours) but got... More

We recently stayed a few days at the Astor apartments, great location and central to a lot of attractions, etc. Our room was very roomy, but the bathrooms were not that clean, mould inside the showers, certainly needed a good clean with some bleach. And also what was more disappointing when checking in/checking out was the attitude or lack of,... More

Booked through Expedia mystery hotel . Reviews I read bagged the place and I was regretting doing the mystery buy. I was pleasently surprised. It wasnt magnificent but certainly acceptable. Very handy to the rail and city centre. The booking in staff were not very friendly, the room safe didnt work, but the room was clean and the view from... More

From the time we arrived we were welcomed and felt at home. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We traveled with a wheelchair and found the one bedroom suitable for this. The apartments are within a easy walk to the CBD and river for ferry transport and close to the central rail station. The room was clean and roomy... More

Pros: The apartment is centrally located with an easy walk to the CBD and central train station. Inside it was spacious and all amenities were of a good standard. The free undercover and secure parking was great too, as was the pool / spa. Cons: Every night (we were there from Thursday to Sunday) drunken louts walked along Astor Terrace... More

Not the best stay I've had at a hotel/apartments. Rooms were NOTHING like on their web page, not even close! I was given an apartment that smelt old and looked old, cause it was old! 6 sachets of coffee and 6 teabags was complimentary but if you wanted more you were charged a fee. Same for an extra towel! It... More
