Good hotel with great views of the sea. Good friendly staff & they are helpful. Value for money. Will stay there next time if in Cairns. They also provide shuttle service to city centre but I wish it was till 1 am at least. More

I always stay at the mercure, fantastic service, spacious rooms, comfy bed. There's only 1 gripe I have - their bathroom vents are NEVER clean - it's always packed full of dust! Positives were quiet location, free undercover parking, free shuttle bus, cheap booking rate, fresh carpet, very pleasant staff, great ocean outlook from balcony.
