We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and had a great time. The venue is superb, the rooms immaculate, the service tip-top and the hotel lagoon-style pool is awesome for kids of all ages. There were however a couple of small things that visitors should be aware of: 1) The continental breakfast at the hotel was rubbish. Eat out... More

The resort is perfectly located if you fancy a short stroll into town and the staff are what make this place. Everyone, from the check in/check out, to the restaurant staff, to the workmen were fantastic and super friendly. I booked a spa room on the ground floor which was on the smaller size but still very adequate and the... More

We stayed for three nights in a spa suite which looked over the amazing lagoon style pool. All the staff members were very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed beautiful weather and had a lovely stay. Only critisism would be that our deal, booked through wotif, didn't include daily servicing or a change of linen. Probably fresh towels would have been... More

Stated at Peppers for our honeymoon and it was great. This was in glanced by the fact that at the time of our stay the weather was terrible due to a cyclone crossing the top end . For that reason we were mostly confined to the resort where the spa, restaurant and well appointed rooms gave us the chance to... More

We had a short break in mid April and it got special because o f the wonderful staff at Peppers. The rooms are okay, a spa room was our choice, if a little crowded with furniture. Must be tough on staff too keep so clean! The pool is gorgeous. But it is the staff that lifts this place out of... More

The girlfriend and I stayed here for a few nights while we got our dive tickets. The resort is very well laid out with a beautiful beach style pool in the middle with most the rooms overlooking it. The entrance into the resort is beautiful and feels very luxurious. The rooms are modern and tasteful. The rooms were services daily... More

We stayed at Peppers Beach Club in mid April for 5 nights for our wedding/honeymoon and it was the best 5 nights ever! The 2 bed dual key apartment was amazing - it had everything you wanted plus some fantastic extra touches that made it really special. Firstly, we arrived to a bottle of champagne and welcome card congratulating us... More

This is the best place I have stayed at so far in Port Douglas. The centre piece of the resort is the pool, big and just like being on the beach, it's so kid friendly with it's gradual slop to deeper water. It's easy to keep an eye on the kids while you read a book... It's exactly like the... More
