Well was one of the best hotels but NOW someone has put water reducers or savers on the showers. You either get cold or hot water and not much pressure. Breakfast: Love the french toast with cream and strawberries. General facilities: Nice lagoon with lazy pool. Rooms have a classic edge with a great view of the Gold Coast. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience :)

Rooms are dated and not worthy of 5 star rating and the balcony has a gap that is not safe for young children. Does have excellent views however and the pools are good. Staff were friendly and helpful
