We booked online and got a real good value rate. Our room was about halfway up the tower and had an excellent view of the Strand, the beach bay and Magnetic Island. Stayed at this property 8th April 2013. Customer service was great and we were made very welcome as well as being offered a room on a high level for the view. Rooms were clean, modern and well appointed and the bed was comfortable. I cannot fault this property and highly recommend it to anyone.

I travel to Townsville frequently and this is my favourite by far! I have stayed in many hotels in The Ville. This one offers friendly service..no matter who is on front desk! Great Views. Recently stayed here for one night on business, the place is nicely located on the esplanade but noisy at night due to hooning up and down all night. Room was small and outdated but pretty clean. Shower was over the bath. Be warned parking is limited and had to park on the street.

Stayed on the 12th floor amazing view over the strand! Other than having a great view I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was truly terrible! It looked nothing like the advertised pictures and was a real disappointment being on holidays and staying there.
