“Dated but charming in its own quirky way.”

Located right next door to the Grand Chifley, we jokingly referred to our hotel as the Lesser Chifley. That's a little harsh since the staff was great and we did enjoy our stay. “close to anzac service”

“Adequate hotel, very noisy room”

Despite comments that this hotel had been refreshed, I did not experience what I would consider to be a renovated room. The bathroom in particular looked like it was from the 80s. Being located on South Terrace, the Chifley is at the edge of the CBD but within walking distance to the bars and restaurants on Gouger St or a short tram trip to the centre of town.
