This hotel is very good in its services, cleanliness, everything that a hotel will be. The room service even arrange our messy shoes in a line when they came by and clean our room :) will definitely go back again when I visit Hobart!

Deserves the trip advisor rating. Lovely staff,room and location, and the best value mini bar this side of Timbuktu. It's great value. Perfect for all Hobart sights. 7th floor king room. Nice views. Lift is not rickety. Very clean. Good Tele and bathroom.

My partner and I stayed at Fountainside for two nights and were happy we did. The rooms are excellent spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated and have free wifi, the staff are attentive and friendly, there is ample on site parking and its close to the city, what more could you want?
