We stayed one night. The room was clean and modern. Great location, as it's only a short walk to Salamanca Square. Good value for what we paid. Would recommend for those staying in Hobart for a couple of nights. There is also car parking on site for guests.

Putting it out there as a caveat, our stay coincided with the handover from being the Leisure Inn to Travelodge so perhaps the new owners have addressed a few of the less that positive issues. That being said, the location was great and the staff friendly. After booking a Queen room online, we were shocked to find the smallest hotel... More

Stayed for 2 nights in May. Room was a good size, was clean and very quiet. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and helpful and give the place a friendly feel where nothing feels like too much trouble for them. Check in and out was smooth The only thing is shower curtains too short so the bathroom flooded.

I booked online a few months ago. Email I received re booking was for "Leisure Inn". After driving around the block 3 times, I finally decided that "Travel Lodge" must be it. Rooms are tiny. Barely any room to place suitcases. Window didn't shut properly, so there was a constant whistle of wind coming through. No electric blankets on the... More

Enjoyed a pleasurable weekend at Travelodge Hobart. Clean and comfortable room, with great breakfast offer and convenient city location. Both Kayla and Olivia were exceptional at the front desk as they served with a generous and welcoming attitude. Olivia kindly researched local restaurants to suit my appetite, even making the reservation on my behalf. Grateful to you both for greeting... More

I stayed here not long before the new management took over. I was told the new owners would be addressing the lack of airconditioning. It does get warm in Hobart, believe it or not! A fan was supplied but air-con would be so much better. I hope the new owners will also address the noise problem. A couple with two... More

In a nutshell unprofessional! Several examples: My tiny room had no light other than a small desklamp and bed lamp. I asked for a lamp so I could find things in my room. Sure, the friendly staff assured me problem was known and lamp would come. Nothing happened. Next day asked another staff, same thing. On the third day, when... More
