A beautiful hotel where every feature has been thought about to provide a remarkable experience. The design of the rooms is splendid, the staff warm and attentive and the food - particularly the breakfasts - superb! Despite a rather cool and damp weekend we are warm and glowing from such a pleasant experience. I hope that we will be back.

Have just returned from a lovely short stay at the Henry Jones. What a wonderful hotel. Stylish, friendly, delicious food, amazing service. We had a room on the top level overlooking the dock. It was just a short walk around the waterfront to Salamanca. Would definitely return.

Stylish and modern fit-out of an old jam factory - the building is interesting to wander around. The rooms great and quite unique. Good little bar with friendly bartenders. However the breakfast is a bit of miserable affair and the staff were unfriendly when we were there - so go somewhere else to eat.

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Artists Loft room. Location is great, rooms are lovely, fit out of the entire building is gorgeous, and staff are friendly and efficient. Warm greeting, excellent service, beautiful room, quality furnishings & very comfortable. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to visitors to Hobart. I wished we could have stayed longer and really immersed ourselves in what the hotel could offer.
