Stayed for 2 nights in a 1BR Director apt at 43 Caroline Street. Apt had a musty odour, we left bathroom window open for a day to air out but not much improvement- could not leave apt bedroom and loungeroom windows open as they were on the ground floor and very easy for someone to get in if apt vacant....

We rented the place for a month, but we couldn't stand the smell and the dirtyness so we rented another apartment after 2 weeks (we still had to pay for the whole month).
The place is really old and dirty, and worst of all, it smells curry all over the place. I sat on the couch for about 2 hours...

Stayed there for 2 months when i was in melbourne. Excellentvalue for money Fully furnished accomodation,good family and kids. ample space for kids play are, just in front of famous St. Kilda botanical gardens,close to market. Excellent service, just call reception and all your issues would be fixed in a day.
