I like the Hyatt hotels, I find the service to be really good. This one is no exception. The rooms are a good size and I really appreciate little touches like complimentary bottled water. Stayed here for work a couple of years ago now, the rooms are nice, breakfast is fantastic and service is great and location ideal. But the little bar is a GEM, which I have continued to visit on many more trips to Melbourne. More

Ease of access from this hotel to much of Melbourne's best is a big factor. The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff are pleasant and efficient. Food is of a high quality. Rooms - especially the bathrooms - have all that is required for a great stay. Highly recommended. More
