The hotel is exceptionally well located being on the free tram route to explore Melbourne and close the sports precinct. Staff are welcoming and hekpful. But the accommodation was disappointing. We stayed in a ":Privilege Room ", the best they have, but it was small, with an uncomfortable bed, a more uncomfortable couch and perhaps the smallest ensuite I have... More

Average city hotel. Good location, clean, room rates not cheap excluding breakfast, expensive parking and internet fees. I will try another hotel next time as there are plenty of choices in the city. Accor really had to something to differentiate their hotels.

Staff were good, amenities ok. I believe understaffed which just made the stay lose its special quality.eg waiting too long to check in/out.Restaurant understaffed for breakfast; had to wait for tables, glasses, to clean tables etc. I don't blame staff, management should lift their game.

Mercure Treasury is on the fringe of the CBD. Close enough for regular Tram service (or Train from Parliament) and restaurants, yet overlooking Treasury Gardens it is quiet and peaceful overnight. Many rooms have balconies facing the Gardens.

I stayed at Mercure Treasury Gardens with a friend as we were travelling interstate to attend a concert at Rod Laver Arena and picked this hotel mainly for its close proximity, but we also got a great deal on one of those last minute hotel booking sites. I would definitely stay here again. The room were modern and clean. We... More

This Mecure Hotel is situated in a great location if you want to exercise and get a bit of walking time. The room I had, had a great view but was very small. We could hardly get past the end of the bed without catching our toe on the desk chair. The hotel has been refitted, but the job looks... More

Enjoyed my stay in a great park view room. Nice to have a balcony that overlooked flagstaff gardens. Location was great with easy access to trams and short walk to city centre. Room service meals were great and good value. Room size was good, though bathroom was very small but functional. Staff were attentive and very helpful. Would stay here... More

The hotel is in a great location for any sporting events around the MCG or AAMI park, all within a 15 minute walk. We were able to relax, enjoy the nights Rugby League at AAMI park, have a few drinks and feed after without the hassle of trying to get home at a late hour.
